We were very happy with the service provided by Steven and the BRE Platinum, and Beecroft Real Estate Team.

We initially came across Steven as the agent for the house that we have now bought.

We found Steven very helpful in advising us and getting us across the line particularly as we were away on holiday at the time the purchase offers were being made.

Steven communicated regularly and kept us in touch with progress and generally facilitated the whole process.

We had no hesitation therefore when it came to selling our house to put it in the hands of BRE, and we were not disappointed.

The team did an excellent job of photography, producing an attractive brochure and a striking For Sale sign.

Steven brought the first prospective buyers around even before the house officially went on the market.

We were impressed by the efforts made by all the team and by only half way through the sales period Steven announced – I have two keen buyers and we are going to sell your house today!

True to his word, by the afternoon we had received the offers and negotiated a sale.

Buying or selling a house is always a somewhat stressful experience, but Steven and BRE helped to make the process as smooth as possible, and we were very pleased with the outcomes, both as buyers and sellers. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Steven and his team.

In order to minimise the inevitable trauma of house selling it is essential to employ an agent who is scrupulously honest, of high integrity and well established in the area. Absolute trust in the estate agent chosen is of paramount importance.

We have over the years, moved home several times, and on one occasion been involved with an agent lacking in integrity and this was distressing for us.

Recently I was required to help my grandmother and grandfather sell their house in Cheltenham. As I’m located four hours drive from Sydney, this was going to be a task in itself. I decided to contact all of the local agents that service the area and see what they have on offer.
